Milan. Unicredit Pavillon in Gae Aulenti square

The Pavilion Unicredit is located in Milan, in Gae Aulenti square, near the Unicredit tower. Designed by architect Michele De Lucchi, it was managed until 2018 by Unicredit to organize conferences and cultural events. The second floor of the Pavillon was intended as a nursery for the children of the Unicredit bank.

In 2018 the Pavillon was sold to Coima Res S.p.A. which operates mainly in the sector of investments in commercial properties, with the intention of transforming the Pavillon into an iconic shop on the model of the "cathedral stores".
